 - 穿 山 甲 四 兩
- 淮 山 十 二 片
- 茯 苓 六 錢
- 元 肉 六 枚
- 馬 蹄 六 個
- 龜 齡 集 適 量

- 將 馬 蹄 去 皮 ， 如 果 不 用 馬 蹄 ， 可 改 用 紅 棗 （ 去 核 ） 。 為 加 強 清 毒 療 效 ， 可 加 入 一 定 分 量 之 龜 齡 集 （ 中 國 成 藥 ）
- 穿 山 甲 肉 洗 淨 切 件 ， 放 入 鍋 內 ， 加 油 爆 過 ， 連 同 各 配 料 放 入 瓦 盅 內 ， 注 入 冷 開 水 三 杯 ， 蓋 上 盅 蓋 ， 隔 水 慢 火 燉 約 一 時 至 一 時 半 左 右 。 吃 時 才 可 加 調 味 品
