- 三 蛇 一 副 ， 巴 戟 一 兩， 白 朮 一 兩 。

- 蛇 店 售 取 三 蛇 一 副 ， 切 好 ， 酒 洗
- 巴 戟 、 白 朮 ， 加 少 許 陳 皮 、 薑 片 同 燜
- 個 多 鐘 頭後 ， 取 出 三 蛇 拆 肉 去 骨 ， 再 放 肉 煲 中 ， 再 加 一 個 鐘 頭 火 路 即 成 。
