- 黨 蔘 三 錢
- 薑 數 片 。

- 先 將 豬 心 洗 淨 ， 切 片 或 切 件 均 可 ， 然 後 連 同 當 歸 、 黨 蔘 、 薑 片 等 ， 放 入 小 型 燉 盅 內 ， 淋 入 開 水 至 八 成 滿
- 然 後 用 紗 紙 封 口 ， 置 入 滾 水 鍋 內 ， 隔 水 蒸 燉 三 小 時 ， 便 可 調 味 上 桌 。

- 豬 心 可 治 心 悸 、 神 經 性 心 臟 病 ， 例 如 怔 忡 怔 忡 、 心 跳 、 心 悸 及 心 慌 等 症 。 此 外 氣 虛 、 出 汗 等 症 ， 多 燉 數 次 ， 必 有 療 效 ， 若 與 硃 砂 三 分 同 燉 ， 更 可 收 鎮 定 心 神 之 效 。
- 當 歸 是 補 血 佳 品 ， 有 活 血 、 鎮 靜 、 止 痛 等 效 能 ， 由 於 女 性 的 血 壓 ， 多 偏 於 過 高 或 過 低 ， 故 有 低 血 壓 的 人 ， 最 宜 服 用 當 歸 ， 或 配 合 其 他 藥 材 使 用 ， 最 適 宜 女 性 之 月 經 不 調 ， 及 更 年 期 等 阻 障 ， 另 具 有 鎮 靜 心 臟 、 淨 血 、 抑 制 動 悸 等 作 用 。
- 此 外 ， 體 質 衰 弱 ， 手 腳 易 冷 的 人 ， 常 服 可 轉 弱 為 強 。
