- 生薑３片
- 大蒜３瓣
- 蔥白３莖
- 調味品適量。

- 將魚腥草擇洗乾淨，切段
- 生薑洗淨，切絲
- 大蒜洗淨，切粒
- 蔥白洗淨，切粒
- 將魚腥草放入盤中，納入薑絲、蒜粒、香油、食醋、醬油、雞精適量拌勻即成。

- 魚腥草有清熱解毒，利尿通淋之功，《本草綱目》言其“散熱毒癰腫”。藥理研究表明，本品有明顯的抗炎、抗病毒作用，對多種細菌、病毒有抑制和殺滅作用。大蒜，又 名胡蒜，有溫中消食，解毒殺蟲之功，《本草綱目》言“其氣熏烈，能通五臟，達諸竅，去寒濕，避邪惡”。生薑，有發表散寒，溫胃止痛，和胃止嘔之功，《日用 本草》言其“治傷寒，傷風，頭痛，九竅不利”。蔥白，有溫陽發表。
- 解毒止痛之功，《本草從新》言其“發汗解肌”。《本經》言其“主傷寒，寒熱，出汗”。藥理研究表明，三者均有抗炎、抗病毒作用，可刺激汗腺分泌而有發汗退熱作用。調味服食，對“非典”有良好的預防作用。
