- 薄荷100克，生薑３片，大蒜３瓣，蔥白３莖,調味品適量。

- 將薄荷擇洗乾淨，切段；生薑洗淨，切絲；大蒜洗淨，切粒；蔥白洗淨，切粒。將薄荷放入盤中，納入薑絲、蒜粒、香油、食醋、醬油、雞精適量拌勻即成。
