> 1. 先 將 焗 爐 預 熱 ， 海 鮮 洗 淨 不 切 備 用 。
> 2. 焗 爐 設 定 攝 氏 250 度 ， 把 材 料 放 進 焗 爐 焗 30 分 鐘 ， 不 過 ， 時 間 依 照 各 廠 牌 焗 爐 而 定 。
