5. 牛油
6. 糖漿、煉奶或蜜糖
7. 油 適量

9. 將雞蛋打到碗裏，攪拌成蛋漿待用；
10. 把麵包放入蛋漿裏面，待充分吸收蛋漿後
11. 燒好平底鍋(pan)，放入小量油，將拌了蛋漿的三文治麵包放下熱油鑊中煎，煎至兩面表面金黃色，拿出放在濾油器隔油（或用索油紙索去多剩的油），即可享用。

14. 外脆內軟，表面澆上糖漿（煉奶/蜜糖），用刀叉切小塊吃慢慢品嚐，非常可口
