> 1. 將 法 國 長 麵 包 切 成 角 斜 角 厚 片 ( 或 喜 愛 形 狀 ) 。
> 2. 牛 油 溶 軟 ， 加 入 1 茶 匙 鹽 ， 再 加 入 蒜 蓉 拌 勻 ， 將 拌 勻 的 醬 料 塗 在 麵 包 上 ， 灑 上 黑 椒 。
> 3. 用 中 火 焗 約 十 五 分 鐘 即 成 ， 可 熱 或 冷 吃 。
