#  小產後別輕忽「小月子」 調養不善很傷身

流產對於母體有一定程度的傷害，而在不幸流產後，切記還是要坐月子好好調養，未來當身體以及心靈都準備好的時候，才能有健康的身體迎接寶寶。中醫師強調，流產坐月子，主要是讓子宮能好好保養，才能待再次懷孕時，能夠順利生產。

**流產也要按週數坐月子**

中醫師賴睿昕表示，許多小產後婦女，常因時間、工作、經濟等因素，無法得到充分的調養與休息，若馬上就開始從事勞心與勞力的工作，這種狀態對婦女身體的健康會造成很大的傷害。通常小產坐月子時間要依流產時間來算，在妊娠12週內發生早期流產，需要坐月子1到2週；發生在12～20週之間晚期流產，需3週時間；而20週以上則建議一個月，藉由坐月子來調養身體，除了恢復體力外，更重要的是保養好子宮，讓自己有再生育的機會，也讓女性荷爾蒙的分泌會更好。

**補身體須等惡露排乾淨**

流產若處理不當恐引起併發症，輕者持續出血、發炎、發燒，重者大出血、休克、甚至敗血症，很可能危及生命。賴睿昕醫師說明，月經異常也是常見的後遺症之一，原因是流產時子宮內膜受到傷害、卵巢機能受影響而引起，其中有一部份原因是子宮內膜搔刮而使子宮內膜沾黏，以致月經量減少或不來了，影響以後的生育。此外，流產後的一週內，如果仍有下腹痛，惡露滴滴答答，腰酸痛，可能是殘餘的子宮內膜仍沒排乾淨，必須喝幾帖生化湯，惡露乾淨後才可以吃麻油雞、麻油腰子、麻油豬肝、當歸老薑羊肉湯、黃耆鱸魚湯、桂圓紅豆湯等來補身，以體質的狀況來選擇涼補或是溫補。

**臥床少站立+注意保暖**

賴睿昕醫師指出，母體因為消耗體力又出血，產後惡露亦會消耗大量的蛋白質，所以需要補充含蛋白質、鐵、維生素B12的食物，日常生活要好好休息，盡量臥床，不要站立、走太久。避免提重物，忌食冰冷、寒涼的蔬果。衣著盡量穿著溫暖，不要有冷或涼的感覺。

**子宮內膜穩定後才能有性行為**

賴睿昕醫師建議婦女，流產後坐月子這段時間，禁止游泳、泡水、泡溫泉，若要發生性行為，盡量在第一次月經來後才開始，太快有性行為，一方面可能會造成感染，一方面因為子宮內膜還未恢復穩定，在性行為後容易產生出血及腹痛，如果要再次懷孕，也建議要三個月之後。對女性而言，流產一定有相當多的不捨及傷痛，但既然已經發生了，就把身體養好，期待下次寶寶的來臨。
