| - 煙 肉 切 碎 ， 炒 香 備 用 。 - 薯 仔 洗 淨 連 皮 煮 ， 煮 熟 後 撕 去 薯 仔 皮 及 切 成 大 粒 ， 放 在 一 個 大 碗 中 ， 加 入 其 他 材 料 。 - 把 醬 汁 材 料 拌 勻 ， 倒 入 馬 鈴 薯 碗 內 再 拌 勻 ， 放 進 雪 櫃 雪 凍 後 才 進 食 。 |
