#  西蘭花青紅椒沙律

傳統喜愛中餐人士，很多時會抗拒吃生的蔬菜；這是一道中西式的混合做法，蔬菜不完全生吃，在浸焯過程中，除可作去除多剩的農作添加物外，又可有吃沙律/沙拉的口感。

### 2 人份量

#### 材料：

- 西蘭花/青花菜 一小個 /250g
- 紅椒 一小個
- 水 300ml

#### 配料：

- mayonnaise 蛋黃醬

#### 調味：

- 油
- 鹽

#### 做法：

1\) 將西蘭花切出花部分及切成大小均勻，浸泡20分鐘洗淨，瀝乾水分

2\) 紅椒切成小塊，如西蘭花大小，洗淨，瀝乾水分

3\) 燒開水，放入(調味)和西蘭花，焯約1~2 分鐘；加入紅椒塊輕焯約15秒

4\) 關火及倒出"西蘭花+紅椒"，用過濾器瀝乾水分和冷凍

5\) 待"西蘭花+紅椒"冷卻後，加入自己喜歡的"蛋黃醬"份量拌勻，即可享用。

**貼士：**
喜歡吃有點冰涼感，可放入雪櫃蔬菜暑冷凍。
