爭秋奪暑又熱又乾燥，令人煩悶得胃口也減退；改吃沙律一兩餐，用來調整一下胃口，是不錯的選擇。

介紹的沙律是用消暑能手老黃瓜作主菜，老黃瓜的清爽比起小黃瓜一點也不遜色的，而口感較爽，又有消暑清熱的作用；再加一點西芹令到沙律添上菜香，更 重的因西芹有降壓的作用，所以對工作壓力大的朋友，亦十分適合的；而牛油果又可助你增加能量，對身體又有益，實在是需要的，各位不妨試試弄來吃啦！

### 材料：

- 老黃瓜 半斤
- 牛油果 2個
- 西芹 1小棵
- 低卡路里細什果 1小罐
- 蛋 2隻
- 小蕃茄 少許
- 沙律醬 適量

### 做法：

1．老黃瓜洗淨去皮，切開去籽，內把瓜肉切細粒，待用。
2．西芹洗淨，去筋，切細粒。
3．蛋煮熟，切粒。小蕃茄洗淨瀝乾水份，切成小片。
4．牛油果切開，取肉，切粒。
5．什果隔去水份，待用。
6．將所有粒粒加入沙律醬拌勻即可，加沙律醬拌勻各材料。

### 貼士：

1\) 牛油果要選較軟身，才易切開最肉，而肉味較香。

2\) 蛋煮熟，最好待涼才打開取蛋，可把一些蛋白切花裝飾此菜。

3\) 西芹挑選較嫩的莖，吃起來會更好味。

療效：含有蛋白質、礦物質十分高，能滋腎，平肝，去濕毒。
