#  香草焗羊架

- 紐西蘭羊架 2塊(每塊大约8到9片肋骨)

- 迷迭香:3茶匙
- 蒜茸: 6-8粒 (磨成茸)
- 黑胡椒碎:1茶匙
- 鹽:1/4茶匙
- 麵包糠: 適量

- 先將羊架清洗瀝乾，用抹手紙抹淨及吸乾多剩水份
- 灑上少許鹽 和適量黑胡椒
- 把所有調味料攪勻放上羊架，蓋上麵包糠，醃至少兩個鐘
- 預熱焗爐，用400度華氏焗30分鐘，再用320度華氏焗30分鐘
- 取出羊架等10分鐘切小件
